Recently, our firm was successful in representing a parent on a motion who wished to have their child vaccinated against Covid-19. The other parent subsequently brought a Stay motion, which was dismissed. As the successful party, we sought costs so that our client may recover a portion of their legal expenses for pursuing this issue. We await the result of the costs award.
